Description

GYSFLASH 121.12 CNT FV 120A, high-power charger with inverter technology. Maintain batteries at a perfectly stabilised voltage during the diagnostic phases.

Charging: 12 V Lead or Lithium batteries from 5 to 1500 Ah.

Diagnostic: supports up to 120 A vehicle batteries in the diagnostic phase, in maintenance workshops.

Showroom: provides power compensation when using the electrical accessories of a demonstration vehicle. It also manages the optimal charging of the battery.

Tester: Allows you to check the battery voltage, and evaluate the starting system (starter + battery) and the condition of the vehicle’s alternator.

4 OPERATING MODES

• Charging: for 12 V, lead or lithium (LFP) batteries between 5 – 1500 Ah.
• Diagnostics: supports up to 120 A for 12 V batteries in vehicles during the diagnostic phase in maintenance workshops.
• Showroom: provides power compensation when using a demonstration vehicle’s electrical accessories. It also controls the battery’s optimal charging process.
• Tester: Tester: allows you to check the battery voltage and evaluate the starting system (starter and battery) as well as the condition of the vehicle’s alternator

• Add, delete or modify charging modes and profiles via a USB key.
• Import predefined configuration files perfectly adapted to the charging applications.
• Save the charging history and data onto a USB key and open this data easily on a spreadsheet.
• Connect additional modules (printer or barcode reader, etc.) via its specialised module socket (SMC: Smart Module Connector).

AUTOMATIC CHARGING

• Extends the service life and performance of lead (gel, AGM, liquid and calcium, etc.) and lithium (LFP) batteries.
• Specialised, eight-stage charging curve (for lead batteries) or an autonomous, nine-stage charging curve (for lithium-iron phosphate batteries).
• Recovers deeply discharged batteries >2 V (automatic SOS Recovery).

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES AND FEATURES

• FV Flexible Voltage, the charger operates with a supply voltage between 85 – 265 V.
• The «Auto-Detect» feature automatically starts the charging process when a battery is connected to the charger.
• The «Auto-Restart» feature saves the device’s memory in the event of a power failure.
• Cable inspection and calibration.
• The locking feature avoids the risk of improper handling or misuse, it is ideal for workshops and demonstration vehicles.
• Up to 12 charging profiles available, including «Easy» for a simplified charging process suitable for all lead batteries.

SAFETY

• Protects the vehicle’s on-board electronics: protected against short circuits, polarity reversal and overcharging. Also boasts a spark-prevention system.
• Interchangeable fuse to protect against misuse.
• A temperature sensor prevents the internal electronics from overheating.

ADVANCED INTUITIVITY

• Durable carry case with shock- and vibration-absorbing pads.
• Low height (13 cm) allows the device to fit underneath a vehicle.
