1. Return Eligibility
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA number.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
After receiving the RMA number, securely package the product and include all original documentation.
Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
