1. Return Eligibility

2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA number.

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • After receiving the RMA number, securely package the product and include all original documentation.

  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
