Upon your purchase of a diagnostic tool, the initial year of updates will be provided to you at no additional cost. It’s crucial to note that there’s no mandatory requirement to update your tool after the first year, and your diagnostic tool will NOT be locked out if you choose not to proceed with updates.
However, if you don’t have access to the latest software then you will notice a loss a future functionality.
Tools supplied through the UK distribution hub carry a valid UK support tag, which entitles you to Autel UK’s technical support for the tool and its software. This is not available on grey imports or parallel-imported units.
