The GYS GYSFLASH 51.48 Charger CNT FV is a high-power, 50 A, INTERNET-CONNECTED charger featuring inverter technology. It maintains 6, 12, 24, 36 or 48 V, lead or lithium batteries (standard lithium ion and lithium iron phosphate) at a perfectly stabilised voltage during the diagnostic phases. It also guarantees high-quality charging for maintaining even the most advanced vehicles. Its USB connection means that it can be fully customised.

FOUR OPERATING MODES

  • Charging: for 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 V, lead or lithium batteries from 10 – 600 Ah.
  • Diagnostics : supports automotive batteries, up to 50 A, during the diagnostic phase in maintenance workshops.
  • Showroom : ensures current compensation when using a demonstration vehicle’s electrical equipment. It also manages the battery’s optimal state of charge.
  • Testing : monitors the battery’s voltage and evaluates the starting system (starter and battery) as well as the condition of the vehicle’s alternator.

100% INTERNET CONNECTED

  • Add, delete or edit charging modes and profiles via the USB key.
  • Import predefined configuration files perfectly tailored to the current charging tasks.
  • Recover history and charging data from a USB key and analyse it in a spreadsheet.
  • Connect additional modules (printer, bar-code reader, etc.) using the smart module connection (SMC).

BRILLIANT FOR CHARGING TRACTION BATTERIES

  • This cutting-edge smart charger, the GYSFLASH 51.48 CNT, boasts an adjustable voltage level between 6 – 48 V, it perfectly maintains all types of traction battery (lead or lithium).
  • Two charging profiles (out of an available 12) and a setting configuration, developed by our GYS engineers and which can be downloaded from our website, are specifically designed for forklift batteries, aerial work platforms and scrubber-driers, etc.

DESIGNED FOR PARALLELISATION

The GYSFLASH 51.48 CNT’s horizontal design facilitates parallelisation. Setting up several superimposed chargers, connected by SHM and PHM modules, makes it one very powerful 48 V charger (100 – 200 A).

AUTOMATIC CHARGING

  • A specialised, eight-stage, lead-battery charging curve (nine stages in traction) or a nine-stage, unsupervised, lithium-battery charging curve.
  • ‘Auto-Detect’ and ‘Auto-Restart’ functions automate the charging process when the battery is plugged in or during power cuts.
  • Recovers deeply discharged batteries (> 2 V) with its automatic SOS Recovery stage.

TECHNOLOGIES & ADVANCED FEATURES

  • Flexible Voltage FV technology, the charger works with a supply voltage anywhere between 85 – 265 V.
  • Controls and calibrates cables
  • Locking prevents tampering, making it ideal for garages and exhibition centres

ULTRA-SECURE

The GYSFLASH 51.48 CNT protects the vehicle’s on-board electronics, guards against misuse and prevents the internal electronics from overheating thanks to its integrated
temperature sensor.
