Our updates offer excellent value for money, and it’s important to recognize that the most substantial expense incurred by any diagnostic company is the software development needed to maintain your tool’s up-to-date functionality.

Upon your purchase of a diagnostic tool, the initial year of updates will be provided to you at no additional cost.

It’s crucial to note that there’s no mandatory requirement to update your tool after the first year, and your diagnostic tool will NOT be locked out if you choose not to proceed with updates. However, you will see a loss in future functionality and access to DoIP or CAN-FD will be restricted by manufacturers.

Tools supplied through the UK distribution hub carry a valid UK support tag, which entitles you to Autel UK’s technical support for the tool and its software. This is not available on grey imports or parallel-imported units.
