Suppliers: The manufacturers and distributors who ship products directly to customers.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This email does not confirm acceptance of your order.
A contract between us will be formed once we dispatch your order.
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Payment must be made at the time of order placement through our accepted payment methods.
Most products are shipped directly from our suppliers (GYS, Carbon Clean, Autel) to you.
Standard delivery for in-stock items is 3-5 working days from order placement.
Specialist or special-order parts may carry a 10-14 working day lead time. Please contact us at info@optimotive.co.uk before ordering if your requirement is time-sensitive.
Delivery is free on orders over £50. A £6 delivery charge applies to orders under £50.
We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to supplier or courier factors outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Title to the products will pass upon full payment of the purchase price.
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please refer to the specific warranty terms provided by GYS, Autel, and Toolbank.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
